The Legacy Program: Our Original STEAK BUFFET - SAT/SUN/MON/TUE/PH only

The Armoury journey began in 2017 with a singular mission: to make quality steak accessible to everyone. Since then, we have served over 100,000 guests, becoming a cornerstone of the Singapore steak scene.

 

Today, as we evolve into a premier destination for A5 Wagyu BIG CUTS, we continue to offer the Legacy Buffet as a tribute to our origins and our loyal community. It remains the first, and still the best, Steak Buffet in Singapore.

 

A Different Class of Performance

The Legacy Program is designed for volume and communal value. It is fundamentally distinct from the technical engineering of our signature BIG CUT steaks.

The Legacy Steak Buffet

  • The Investment: $38++ for unlimited Prime cuts of steak.

  • The Selection: We proudly grill whole loins—both Ribeye and Striploin—widely recognized as the primary cuts of the steer.

  • The Sourcing: We remain committed to quality, sourcing our beef from New Zealand Angus.

  • The Spread: A wide range of accompanying sides, including Fish, Pork, and Chicken.

Note: Legacy steaks are primary cuts, though they sit at a different tier than the "Premium Economy" and A5 Japanese Wagyu found on our Ala Carte menu.

The Legacy Terms of Engagement

The Legacy Buffet is an intensive, live-grill operation. To maintain the integrity of this program at such an accessible price point, we invite our guests to observe the following:

  • Operational Format: Steaks are portioned at 150g for rapid service. Because of this thinner profile, achieving a pinpoint medium-rare is technically challenging. While our kitchen aims for medium-rare by default, some variance in doneness is expected.

  • Service Pace: As an Ala Carte Buffet, our kitchen operates at maximum capacity during peak surges. We prioritize quality over speed and appreciate your patience as our team prepares your feast.

  • Mutual Respect: The Legacy Program is a labor of love kept alive by our hardworking team for our loyal fans. We reserve this experience for guests who appreciate the high-energy, communal nature of our roots and show respect for the craft.

The Legacy Buffet: Terms of Engagement

The Legacy Buffet is optimized for Performance and Volume. To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we operate under the following standards:

1. Performance Sourcing (Economy Standard)

Our buffet features New Zealand Angus Ribeye and Striploin. These are selected for their lean protein profile—ideal for high-protein loading and fitness enthusiasts looking to fuel their recovery.

Note: These cuts are graded below our Premium Economy (Australia Black Angus) and Luxury (A5 Miyazaki) tiers.

2. The $25 "BIG CUT" Path

If you find that the lean profile of the Legacy Buffet isn't meeting your specific palate, we offer an immediate $25 upgrade. This grants you 500g of our signature Australia Black Angus Ribeye BIG CUT, allowing you to experience the "Science of the Sear" at a preferential rate.

3. Optimized Seating

To ensure maximum efficiency for our live-grill operations, our team will designate seating to optimize service flow.

Custom Seating Preference: Guests who wish to select a specific table may do so for a nominal $1 per pax administrative fee.

4. The Armoury Ethos

We are incredibly proud of the community this buffet has built. It is a high-energy, high-volume program.

Suitability: If you are seeking a hotel-style buffet or a fine-dining pace, the Legacy Program may not be for you. We recommend our Ala Carte A5 Steak Menu for guests seeking a more refined, technical dining experience.

Mutual Respect: We welcome guests who come with an open mind and respect the hard work of our kitchen and floor team. We reserve this communal experience for those who share our positive, "no-frills" brand philosophy.

To maintain your position as a Premier Steakhouse, we should frame the thickness and doneness as operational logic rather than an excuse. This makes the "Big Cut" on your Ala Carte menu seem even more like the "Pro" technical choice.

Operational Specifications: The Legacy Format

To ensure a high-performance service flow for our Legacy Buffet, we utilize a 150g Precision Slice for all Ribeye and Striploin cuts.

  • Efficiency & Variety: This format allows for rapid grilling and faster service, while enabling guests to explore the full variety of our buffet menu without the early fatigue of a larger cut.

  • The Medium-Rare Standard: Our live-grill team aims for a medium-rare finish by default. During high-volume surges, guests should expect a range of doneness between medium-rare and medium. We prioritize the safety and consistency of the high-energy buffet environment while maintaining the natural tenderness of our New Zealand Angus.

  • Choosing Your Experience: The Legacy Buffet is designed for high-volume protein loading and a communal atmosphere. For guests seeking absolute precision in doneness and the buttery depth of a 500g BIG CUT, we recommend exploring our Premium Ala Carte menu.
