Our MUST TRY steak is the MS6/7 Australia PureBred Wagyu Ribeye. What is PureBred? Not all Wagyu beef have good genetics. Many Australia Wagyu in the market are only F1/F2 Wagyu also known as CrossBred Wagyu which are a mixture of Wagyu and Angus genetics - 50% to 75% Wagyu genetics. Our PureBred Wagyu are F4 which has more than 93% Wagyu genetics!

We are re-introducing Japan Sakura Wagyu which are F1 Wagyu, and this may replace the Australia PureBred Wagyu Ribeye for the time being due to favorable cost of importing Japan steak during this season
