At Armoury, we believe in Genetic Integrity. Many 'Australian Wagyu' options in Singapore are actually F1/F2 Crossbred Wagyu, containing only 50% to 75% Wagyu genetics mixed with Angus. To ensure the signature melt-in-your-mouth experience, we focus on Japan A5 Fullblood genetics—the global gold standard for marbling, umami, and texture.​

We are proud to re-introduce Japanese Sakura Wagyu (F1). By leveraging favorable seasonal import costs, we are replacing our Australian Purebred Ribeye with this superior Japanese alternative. It’s our commitment to providing the best value Japanese steak in Singapore, delivering high-spec marbling at a significantly lower cost to our guests.
