We are proud to use quality beef in our menu even for our entry level steak - the Black Angus from selected farms across Southern Australia.

The Entry-Level Black Angus Ribeye is a premium cut, and many of our customers have cited that this is "way better" than the Entry-Level cuts in finer restaurants and steakhouses that cost a lot more ($68 for 250gm of basic Ribeye at other finer restaurants, vs. $29 for 220gm of Black Angus Ribeye at Armoury).
We also believe that our Entry-Level Black Angus Ribeye is better in quality as compared to similarly priced ribeye in other Mass Market steakhouses. This is a result of our extensive tasting sessions (including blind-tasting) where we have chosen our Ribeye from selected farms and collectives including Greenham in Australia.
Of course, there are reasons why steaks at finer restaurants are more expensive. Firstly, they offer complimentary bread which some of us have taken for granted. Bread is not cheap. Next, these restaurants employ Executive Head Chefs that may be earning high salaries for the nicer plating, better recipe perhaps, better cooking and much more. Some restaurants have table cloth and sophisticated service to meticulously handle high end customers with potentially picky needs that require extra attention to details.
At Armoury, we do not want these costly frills. Instead, we want to focus every single energy to being truly ourselves: focusing on purveying the best value steaks (even for Entry-Level), focusing on providing the most sincere extra mile service. We have a high energy, happy and focused team, excited to grow our brand to be the top steakhouse in Singapore and the region.
The most recommended item in our menu is the 500gm Black Angus Ribeye for 2 pax to share. This is priced at $60 and comes with 2 sides of your choice. We believe that this steak meal is the best value in Singapore and we constantly receive positive feedback, and some negative ones, which we have continuously improved on.

We have also upgraded the Striploin and introduce Bass Straits Reserve MB3+ (Australia) Striploin, priced at $29 for 200gm. This is a premium cut and will be our Entry-Level Striploin in our menu.
This is the Reserve edition from Bass Straits, and it is a higher grade (marbling score of MB3+) than the normal Bass Straits.

Lastly, we want to touch on the Steak Buffet. We are happy that most of our new customers understand that the Steaks offered in the Steak Buffet is of lower grade than our Entry-Level Steaks in the menu. It is not easy to offer Steak Buffet at only $35! Any price higher would not be worth the money as you are able to enjoy higher quality meat at say $48 that most of our competitors seem to be pricing at. Our Steak Buffet offers proper steak cuts of Striploin and Ribeye (other cuts of Steaks including secondary cuts are not great especially if they are from low grade cows). Our Steaks while lower grade than our Entry-Level Steaks are still decent in our opinion for the price of $35 for free flow! We have chosen these Steaks from selected farms from Australia and New Zealand and our regular Steak Buffet crowd has been happy with the standard.
